I have 3 questions:

1. I am a grandparent on social security who is raising a grandchild, age 11. I am the legal guardian but I have not filed income tax in a decade. How can I claim the $500.00 dependent? Is there a form?

2. Are writers on Medium entitled to benefits under CARES? I made less than the amt required to file taxes last year.

3. Finally, how do I file for the sales tax rebate if I did not file taxes last year or is that a state question?
