I'm a Tulsa native except for a 6-year stint in LV. Have you checked out the lakes? Don't go to Keystone, it has rip currents and is dirty. The best spot is Tall Chief Cove in Skiatook. Small with actual sand instead of rocks like Grand Lake has. Anyway, enjoy Green Country!
