I am a grandparent raising 3 grandchildren 6, 8, & 12. I've had the oldest since she was 2 months old and the other 2 for the past year. It is hard. I receive no financial help other than medical and food. and I am disabled on a fixed income. How do I do it? By the grace of God, they are fed, clothed, and in a safe place. I never imagined I would be spending my 60s and 70s parenting again. But I do not regret one moment. They bring light to my day and happiness to my heart.
