Forty-three years ago I was deemed unable to care for my biracial child because I was a teenage unwed mother according to societal norms. However, I stood against the world and my family and kept my baby. It was hard because I was alone. Now, I am a Great-grandmother of a tribe of 5,13,1 biological and many more who are not. I respect your decision and the process of healing you are experiencing. But, I totally agree, THEY do lie to you! Thanks!
